In 2020...

Loneliness, depression, and anxiety are at all time highs. Displacement is a modern norm as millions emigrate as refugees from their home countries to escape racial tension, war, and climate change. However, a few regions have seemed to find the key to living happy, healthy, long lives. They're called Blue Zones.

Blue Zone core qualities:

  2. Life purpose.
  3. Stress reduction.
  4. Moderate caloric intake.
  5. Plant-based diet.
  6. Moderate alcohol intake, especially wine.
  7. Engagement in spirituality or religion.
  8. Engagement in family life.
  9. Engagement in social life.

Five Blue Zones:

*Though not a lifestyle choice, they live as isolated populations with related gene pool.

Countries with vast ethnic and cultural diversity who once faced deep racial tensions, such as the United States, will ultimately embrace acceptance and belonging for all.
