Loneliness, depression, and anxiety are at all time highs. Displacement is a modern norm as millions emigrate as refugees from their home countries to escape racial tension, war, and climate change. However, a few regions have seemed to find the key to living happy, healthy, long lives. They're called Blue Zones.
Blue Zone core qualities:

Humans will not only live healthy, long lives, but they'll feel a sense of belonging despite the separating forces of mass globalization. Countries with vast ethnic and cultural diversity who once faced deep racial tensions, such as the United States, will ultimately embrace acceptance and belonging for all.
